H.D. (Human Directional) Check list:


1. Contact Your Area Manager : Mon – Wed to inform them you want to work the upcoming weekend!!

2. UNIFORM: Khaki pants or shorts, solid white 3-button collar polo shirt, and closed toe shoes. Team players dress the same! Uniform is A MUST!!

3. Day of work: Wake up calls are made 3 hours before your shift’s start time.
- Your PM (Project Manager) should call you 3 hours before your shift starts to make sure you are ready for work. Call your Area Manager if you don’t receive this call.
- Please be sure to have your cell phone on, charged, and near you when you are scheduled to work.
- This call does not take long and is super important, ANSWER it! Please.
Your work will be given to another worker if you do not answer this call. Don't miss your chance to make money.

4. Arrive at job site at least 10 minutes Early.
- At the location explain that you are with Media Nation and you are the sign spinner.
- Stand where the location has suggested you to and Showoff!!!
- Make the passer-bys look at you! Rock the sign, wave, or spin it!!
- contact your Area Manager as soon as you have the sign in hand and are at your location.
This is when you are clocked in to work. Don’t forget!

5. Breaks are as follows: TELL PM WHEN GOING TO BREAK AND WHEN YOU COME BACK!
Example a. 5 hour shifts, break is always 2 hours after start time and 40 minutes
- example: Shift is 12pm-5pm - break time is 2pm-2:40pm
- on 5 hour or shifts your break time is deducted
Example b. 4 hour shifts, break time is always 2 hours after start and 15 minutes
- on 4 hour shifts your break time is not deducted

6. Contact your Area Manager again at the end of your shift right after you return the sign to the office. Clock out!

Never take the sign home – should your property close before you return the sign, please find a safe place to hide the sign and let your PM know the exact location.

No No’s: No smoking, talking on cell (without Blue Tooth or ear bud) OR texting.
These rules apply WHILE you are on duty at your scheduled job location/corner.
When on break please be OUT of SIGHT of client.
